DOES THE PRODUCT PRICE INCLUDE DECORATION?

No. Prices shown in our apparel catalog are for blank products only. Embroidery, DTF, screen printing, and other customization are quoted separately based on the design, quantity, placement, and decoration method.

WHAT IF MY LOGO IS NOT READY FOR PRODUCTION?

We can prepare it for you. Professional embroidery digitizing ranges from $30–$60, and vectorizing ranges from $20–$50, depending on the complexity of the artwork.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN ITEMS?

Customer-supplied items may be accepted for certain services. Approval depends on the material, condition, decoration method, and quantity. Please contact us before delivering or shipping any items.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Turnaround time depends on product availability, quantity, decoration method, and current production schedule. Production begins after your quote, artwork proof, and payment are approved.
