HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Browse our products and add the items you’re interested in to your quote. Submit your quantities, sizes, colors, artwork, deadline, and customization details. We’ll review everything and send you a personalized quote.
CAN I ADD MULTIPLE PRODUCTS TO ONE QUOTE?
Yes. You can add multiple products, colors, sizes, and quantities to the same quote request before submitting it.
DO THE PRICES SHOWN INCLUDE CUSTOMIZATION?
No. Prices displayed in our apparel catalog are for blank products only. Embroidery, DTF, screen printing, and other customization services are quoted separately based on the design, quantity, placement, and decoration method.
CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS WITHOUT CUSTOMIZATION?
No, products can only be purchased together with a decoration service and cannot be sold as a blank item.
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?
Minimums vary depending on the product and decoration method. We offer flexible options for individual projects, small businesses, growing teams, events, and larger bulk orders.
WHAT CUSTOMIZATION METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer embroidery, DTF printing, UV DTF, screen printing, vinyl, sublimation, laser cutting and engraving, stickers, labels, stationery, promotional products, and more.
WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR MY ARTWORK?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF are preferred. High-resolution PNG files with a transparent background may also be accepted. If your artwork is blurry, pixelated, or not production-ready, we can recreate or prepare it for an additional fee.
WHAT IF MY LOGO IS NOT READY FOR PRODUCTION?
We can prepare it for you. Professional embroidery digitizing ranges from $30–$60, and vectorizing ranges from $20–$50, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
DO YOU OFFER GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES?
Yes. The Creative Studio can help with logo design, artwork preparation, layout, vectorizing, and production-ready files. Design fees are quoted according to the complexity and scope of the project. If your artwork is already ready for production, no additional design service may be necessar
WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND A SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR BRAND?
Send us the brand, style, color, or product you’re looking for. We source products through SanMar, S&S Activewear, Scrub Authority, Ariat, and other trusted suppliers, so our online catalog does not represent everything available.
WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Yes. When applicable, you’ll receive an artwork proof for approval before production begins. Please review spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and all design details carefully.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN ITEMS?
Customer-supplied items may be accepted for certain services. Approval depends on the material, condition, decoration method, and quantity. Please contact us before delivering or shipping any items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY QUOTE?
We typically review quote requests and respond with availability and pricing within same day.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Turnaround time depends on product availability, quantity, decoration method, artwork approval, and the current production schedule. Production begins after your quote, artwork proof, and payment are approved.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes. Shipping is available, and local pickup is offered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Qualifying orders of $150 or more receive free shipping.
